Iain leads strategy and oversees Motion's digital channels with data-driven insight. With over 20 years of global agency and client-side experience—including M&C Saatchi, AIA, Emirates and Qantas—he delivers integrated strategy, creative direction and trusted partnership. Ira brings experience across hospitality, tourism, aviation, and public relations to her Events Manager role at Motion. Hajar is an award-winning creative with two decades of experience as a writer, moderator, producer, facilitator, and creative director. As Executive Producer at Motion, she collaborates with multidisciplinary specialists to redefine creativity through openness and humility, nurturing work that is both culturally resonant and strategically grounded.

Nahlah melds her expertise as a designer, artist and producer into her role at Motion.
