Cherry leads Motion’s commercial growth, driving business development and strategic partnerships by translating clients’ ambitions into distinctive, sensory-led experiences. Previously, she led commercial strategy for Raffles Sentosa Singapore and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa as Cluster Director, and established stakeholder partnerships for world-class sporting events, including LIV Golf and the HWWC.

A 25-year industry veteran, Regina works at the intersection of brands, digital products and design systems, bringing strategy, creativity and technology to solve complex briefs. Her award-winning leadership steers multidisciplinary teams from early concept to execution, driven by a belief that great design must be approachable, purposeful and engaging.

Rachel has crafted brand systems, service narratives and strategic communications for over a decade. At Motion, she serves as the connective tissue between vision and voice, and the vector aligning brand architecture, product positioning and commercial growth. Her work is guided by generosity, generativity, and a deep belief in the power of stories to drive cultural momentum.

Ira brings experience across hospitality, tourism, aviation, and public relations to her role as Producer at Motion. Her bright disposition and eye for detail shine through holistic project management of every event. Guided by her mantra in omnia paratus—ready for anything—Ira balances preparedness with positivity, finding joy in each moment.

As Motion's Commercial Director based in France, Pauline’s 15 years of experience—including a decade in Singapore—has seen her driving measurable client impact across automotive, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and finance sectors. At Motion, Pauline leads commercial strategy with sharp client insight and creative rigour to drive business growth.

Hajar is an award-winning creative with two decades of experience as a writer, moderator, producer, facilitator, and creative director. As Executive Producer at Motion, she collaborates with multidisciplinary specialists to redefine creativity through openness and humility, nurturing work that is both culturally resonant and strategically grounded.

Jayson brings over 8 years in mobile design, visual direction and social content, animating and designing across sports broadcasting, retail, imaging technology and F&B. He has storyboarded, designed and animated an explainer video from scratch for an asset management client, approaching every project with patient craftsmanship and confidence.

Nahlah melds her expertise as a designer, artist and producer into her role at Motion. She brings a keen eye for detail and beauty to curating diverse event spaces, including food styling, floral arrangements, and the interior of the House of Motion, creating cohesive multi-sensory experiences that elevate every touchpoint.

Stephanie is a Senior Account Manager at Motion, with a decade of experience across global and regional teams in APAC. She coordinates multi-party projects and complex timelines with quiet consistency, bringing empathy and follow-through to her work with clients and colleagues.

Qistina plans and executes projects with meticulous attention to detail, excelling in reporting and people management. Drawing on her experience at Singapore Tourism Board, she crucially supports Motion's experiential events. Level-headed and upbeat, Qistina brings structure and warmth while embracing continuous learning with openness and resolve.

As Finance & Admin Manager, Faizah oversees Motion's financial, administrative and HR health. With nearly two decades of experience across tech and real estate, she brings clarity and efficiency to data and operational matters that move the business. Guided by humility and kindness, Faizah finds meaning in working closely with individuals to untangle challenges and improve processes.

With over 15 years in content writing, marketing communications and brand storytelling, Gillian translates complex ideas into engaging narratives across F&B, technology, education and banking. Her portfolio spans social content, thought leadership, websites and campaigns, all delivered with strategic intent and infectious energy. One particularly memorable project? A life-sized edible cookie maze.

Darelene supports seamless project delivery through strong communications with partners, building trusted relationships grounded in care. With experience across projects such as Artbox and Eatbox at Singapore Badminton Open, she excels in brand coordination and onsite problem-solving, embracing continuous growth through learning and observation.

Wei Si supports seamless event delivery at Motion, working across the full event lifecycle from planning and coordination to on-site execution. From planning through onsite execution, Eudora is a key support to projects and ensures the smooth coordination of logistics and partners to bring experiences to life. With over a decade in contemporary art production and event management in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, she balances creativity with meticulous organisation. Guided by a belief that every detail has a purpose, Eudora brings structure, warmth and an eye for the small things that make the biggest difference.

Erica supports the ideation, design, and production of content across Motion's social and digital platforms. With her experience in corporate communications and talent development at tech MNCs, she brings a calm, adaptive presence to Motion's fast-paced agency rhythm. Erica is moved by being part of something bigger than herself, and driven by the chance to do work she's genuinely passionate about—something she feels most clearly in the production of creative and filmic work that deepen campaign stories.
