Motion Pte Ltd (“Motion”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit motion.com.sg (the “Site”) or interact with us.
This Policy is intended to align with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

This Policy applies to:
- Visitors browsing the Site;
- People who submit an enquiry through our “Get in touch” form on the Site; and
- People who submit information through our careers / application form on the Site.
It does not cover third-party websites you may reach via links on our Site (e.g., social platforms). Those sites have their own privacy policies.

A. Data you provide to us
- Enquiry form / contact: details such as your name, organisation, role, email address (or other contact method you provide), and your message/topic selection.
- Job applications: details such as your name, the position you’re applying for, and your contact details.
- Direct emails: if you email us (e.g., to enquiries@motion.com.sg), we’ll collect what you send us.
B. Data collected automatically when you use the Site
Like most websites, our servers and security systems may automatically log certain technical data when you access the Site, such as IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and date/time of access. This data is typically used for security, troubleshooting, and performance.
Business contact information note (B2B context): Under Singapore law, certain “business contact information” is treated differently under the PDPA. Regardless, we aim to handle contact information responsibly and securely.

If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue responding to your enquiry or processing your application (depending on what you withdraw and why). This does not affect any processing already carried out before withdrawal.
