A powerful experience for Hilton’s biggest stakeholder moment in India
India is one of Hilton’s fastest-growing markets, uniquely poised for positioning the power of their award-winning brands. This set the scene for Hilton’s first ever India Brand Showcase, a project they sought Motion’s partnership in programming and executing. Held in the vibrant city of Bengaluru, the showcase aimed to drive strong brand awareness, create relationship-building opportunities between leaders and media audiences, and deepen the in-market engagement with brand owners, investors and key partners.
A multimedia journey where brand legacy meets experiential innovation
We opened the brand showcase with “Origins of the Stay”, a highly immersive multimedia narrative that brought guests on a journey across Hilton’s storied history since 1919—a legacy driven by Conrad Hilton’s unparalleled passion to inspire a world through the light and warmth of hospitality. Immersing the senses were LED projections cinematically mapped onto each surface, creating a captivating panorama that surprised and delighted at every turn. Rolling graphics were accompanied by soundscapes designed for each era and destination, along with revolving floor animations of terrains that evoked a magical carpet ride.
Driving focused connections through an inspiring showcase and dialogue segment
Following this high-impact experience were the next chapters of Hilton’s brand immersion—the brand showcase where we translated an artistic vision into a cohesive and inspiring journey that sparked the senses, and the onstage segment “For the Stay Lounge” that comprised dialogue sessions moderated by the company presidents. These segments drove meaningful, focused connections between Hilton leadership, brand owners and media, held together by Motion’s programming, showrunning and speaker management.
